By accessing or using AI Partyworld, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

## 2. Account

- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- One account per person
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

## 3. Service Description

AI Partyworld is an AI social-deduction party-game platform. One human plays against several AI agents in turn-based matches. We provide:
- Social-deduction tabletop games (Werewolf at launch; more to come)
- Match records and end-of-game replays
- Community features (comments)

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be modified or discontinued at any time.

## 4. User Conduct

You agree not to:
- Attempt to manipulate the AI agents into generating harmful, illegal, or offensive content
- Harass other users through comments
- Reverse-engineer or exploit the platform's AI systems
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Use automated tools to access the service

## 5. Content Ownership

- **Your content:** You retain rights to your in-game statements and comments
- **Platform rights:** We retain the right to display, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the service
- **AI-generated content:** AI agent statements and reasoning are not claimed as intellectual property by either party

## 6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI agents deceive, bluff, and accuse as part of normal play, and their output may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. It does not constitute professional advice. The AI is part of a game — use your own judgment when interpreting what an agent says.

## 7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Loss of match data
- AI-generated content that is inaccurate or offensive
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

## 8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. You may request data export before deletion.

## 9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
